30-Day Return Policy
Our return process is simple:
Contact Us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if a product Return or Exchange is needed. Contact Us by the following:

- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all Returns/Exchanges.
- Contact Us within 30 calendar days from the purchase date for a RMA.
- Returned AirDog® products must be received in New, Unused condition, complete with install manuals and original packaging.
- Once AirDog® products are installed, they can no longer be accepted for return. Returns received in used condition or have missing items will not receive credit.
- We are not responsible for AirDog® products that have been damaged from attempted install or incorrectly installed.
- We will email your RMA Number with complete return shipping instructions.
- RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges. Ensure your returned merchandise has a shipping tracking number and properly insured as the product responsibility remains with you until it is received at the returns warehouse.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All returned products are inspected. Accepted returned products received in New, Unused condition, complete with install manuals and original packaging will receive a credit.
- AirDog® products have a $40 Restocking fee.
- After the 30 Calendar Day Return Policy, customers must work with the PureFlow® AirDog® Manufacturer directly to return the product for any reason including warranty if applicable.
